Add agent filter

I would like automated tasks to be able to have a specific agent filter, since nowadays only the group filter appears. Case: I have a disability advisor, I would like his conv to be reassigned as soon as they fall

The automated task should not be executed when an advisor creates the contact, since at that time the advisor is waiting for the customer's response. If the task is executed automatically, the advisor could lose track of your contact.
