Assign conversation to a specific agent

Use case: internal agents send templates and need the conversation to be assigned to the agent who sent it (not just any agent in the group). Suggested parameter: assignToAgentId or assignToAgentEmail. Type: fixed assignment (priority) and dynamic (desirable).

Add “Meta Category” column to the template table

Customers need to have visibility of what the final category of the templates is, whether MK or utility, they need to have that info visible
