Now you can test which version of your conversation converts best — no code, no external APIs, no manual analysis.
What's new?
We launched the
Experiment (A/B Testing)
component, a new node that you drag to the FlowBuilder canvas to divide your contacts' traffic between different variants of your flow.Do you want to know if “Schedule demo” works better than “Talk to an advisor”? Insert the component after your welcome message, define the traffic percentage for each variant and connect them. Done: your contacts are automatically distributed and you compare results by variant.

Until today, setting up an experiment required combining HTTP and conditional components with a random number API — something that only the Atom team could configure. Now you do it, in less than 2 minutes.
Key Features
- Configure it in seconds: drag the component, choose how many variants you want (from 2 to 10) and distribute the traffic (50/50, 40/60, whatever you need).
- Percentages that adjust on their own: when you change the percentage of one variant, the others are recalculated to always add up to 100%. No configuration errors.
- Reliable distribution: the distribution is random and respects the proportion you defined, so you can compare variants with data you can trust.
How to access it?
Open any flow in FlowBuilder, search for the “Experiment” component in the component palette and drag it onto the canvas. Start optimizing your conversations today!

- Separate templates per channel: each copy is created separately to avoid mixing metrics.
- Better process control: flow with load states and error handling during duplication.
How to use it?
- Open the Templatesmodule.
- On the template you want to reuse, select Duplicate.
- Choose the target channels and confirm the action.

You no longer have to build the same steps from scratch every time you start a new flow.
What's new?
Introducing Component Blocks: a way to save any sequence of FlowBuilder nodes as a reusable block and make it available for all your future flows, with one click.
From the same canvas where you build your flows, select the nodes you want to save, give them a name and a description, and voila — they appear in your Block Library to insert when you need them. The nodes are inserted already connected to each other, ready for you to only glue the ends to the rest of the flow.
In addition, Atom 🧡 includes a catalog of curated blocks available to you.
How to access it?
In the FlowBuilder canvas, select the nodes you want to save and click
"Save Block"
in the floating bar. To insert existing blocks, use the "Insert Block “
button in from the component side panel.

Campaigns
Flowbuilder
Control when your outbound campaigns are sent in flows
Now you can ensure that your campaigns arrive only during business hours, and add custom logic before sending.
What's new?
Until now, in outbound flows (Webhook, Dynamic List, Typing), the trigger was connected directly to the Template, with no possibility of inserting logic into the medium. With this update, you can place any component of the FlowBuilder before the Template - just as it already worked in inbound flows (bots).
This enables the most requested use case:
shipping schedule control
. Add the Waiting Time component in “Time Window” mode before your Template and define what days and times the flow can run. If a contact comes in outside of those hours, the flow automatically waits until the next valid period. The time zone is taken from your company settings. In addition to schedules, this opens up other useful cases: customizing the message according to product segment with a Conditional, A/B testing between two templates, or enriching contact details before sending with the Format component.
Key Features
- Waiting Time Window: Define days, time range and time zone to control when your outbound flow executes.
- Components before the Template: place Conditionals, Format, HTTP or others before sending in outbound flows.
- No breaking changes: your already published flows continue to work exactly the same.
How to access it?
In the FlowBuilder, open any flow with a Webhook, Dynamic List, or Typing trigger. When you drag from the trigger, you'll see all the available components. For the time window, add a Waiting Time component and select “Time Window” before adding your template.

Metrics for your WhatsApp templates and campaigns, where you need them
Now you can see sent, delivered, read, answered and failed - without leaving the workflow.

What's new?
Performance metrics are available at two key moments: before sending (health of your templates) and after sending (performance of your campaigns). Everything from Templates, Campaigns and FlowBuilder.

, we added five new columns: Sent, Delivered, Read, Answered, and Failed. Compare performance at a glance and click on any metric to open a side panel with the breakdown in quantity and percentage, plus four optimization recommendations. When setting up a Campaign
, when you select a template, a health traffic light appears above the preview. Click on it to see the full metrics. If the template has a high error rate, you'll see a red alert before submitting. In FlowBuilder
, the health indicator appears in the side panel when you select a template node — so you can identify problems without changing screens.Metrics of your campaign already sended
. From the Campaigns, Webhooks, Typifications and Dynamic Flows tables, open the actions menu (...) and choose “Campaign Metrics”. A side panel shows you actual shipping performance with six indicators: Customers, Sent, Read, Answered, Failed and Not Delivered — each with its number and percentage.Key Features

- Traffic light in Campaigns: visual indicator when choosing template, with red alert if there is a high error rate
- Indicator in FlowBuilder: visible in the side panel when selecting a template node
- Panel of sent campaign metrics: six indicators with quantity and percentage, from the Campaigns, Webhooks, Typifications and Dynamic Flows tables

Flowbuilder
Send carousel-like messages — without templates
Show up to 10 products, plans or packages in a single direct message from your flowbuilder flow.

What's new?
You can now configure interactive carousel-type messages directly from the “Message” component in the Flowbuilder, both in Inbound and Outbound flows.
Each carousel can have between 2 and 10 cards. Each card includes an image or video, its own description and up to 2 action buttons. Everything is saved inside the node — no additional template is created.
Key Features
- Without templates: The configuration lives within the flow — copy it, paste it and reuse it in other flows of the same company.
- Compatible with “Evaluate Response”: The buttons on all cards are automatically recognized by the evaluation component.
- Real-time preview: See what the carousel looks like on WhatsApp before publishing the flow.
How to use it?
- Open the Flowbuilder and edit any Message component.
- In the message settings, select the “Carousel” type.
- Add the header, set up your cards and save.

Get to your audience at the exact moment they're looking for you — and take them straight to WhatsApp with a single click.

Google Ads now supports a new type of ad in mobile search results that includes a button to automatically start a WhatsApp conversation with your company. By connecting it with Atom, you can see all the conversations generated by this type of pattern directly in your reports, with full traceability of the origin.
What this integration includes
- New ad format in Google Search:Ads appear in mobile search results with a button that opens WhatsApp directly, just like Click-to-WhatsApp in Meta Ads.
- Reports and traceability in Atom:All conversations generated by your pattern appear in Atom reports with their origin identified. Zero missed conversations.
- Setup in minutes:Go to Integrations in Atom, connect your Google Ads account and select the WhatsApp channel you are going to guide with. Ready.

Connect your template, your website and WhatsApp — and see exactly what ad generated each conversation.

With the Web Traffic integration, Atom automatically captures UTM information when a visitor comes to your website or landing page and clicks the WhatsApp button. So, when that conversation reaches Atom, it's linked to the ad, campaign, and source that originated it—
regardless of what platform you published your guideline on.
What this integration includes
- Compatible with any standard platform: It works with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or any source that uses UTMs in their URLs. You're not limited to a single channel.
- Full traceability from click to chat: Atom generates a unique ID for each click on the WhatsApp button on your site. When the user sends the message, that ID travels with the conversation and Atom automatically associates it with the corresponding advertisement.
- Reports by source, campaign and keyword: From the Web Traffic report in Atom you can see performance broken down by source, campaign, search term and destination URL - including clicks to WA, messages sent and sending rate per click.
- Contact stage funnel: See how many of the contacts generated by your pattern are progressing from Awareness to becoming Customers, all in one place.
- Performance per link and per campaign: Identify which URLs on your website and which campaigns convert the best from visit to conversation, and optimize your investment with real data.
Requirement:
The configuration is done through Google Tag Manager, so it is necessary to have an active GTM account with access to your website or landing page.Iterate faster and without fear — your previous versions are always a click away.

Summary
Version History is a new feature of the Flowbuilder that saves the last 3 versions of each flow and allows you to restore any one in seconds. If a change doesn't work as expected, you can return to the previous state without affecting the production version until you decide to apply the changes.

Key Features
- Direct access from the Flowbuilder: Find the version history on the 3-dot button, together with the saving and publishing actions. A side panel is displayed with the current version and up to 3 historical versions, each with a date, time and who performed the action.
- Non-destructive restore: When restoring a version, a banner at the top of the flow indicates which version you are viewing. The production version doesn't change until you explicitly save or publish it — no surprises, no wasted work.
- Fast recovery in production: Did a change break an active flow? Restore the latest published version in seconds, without scaling to support or rebuilding memory logic.
