Your customers reschedule and cancel their WhatsApp appointments 🔄

The Appointments component adds two new actions —reschedule and cancel—with automatic reflection in Google Calendar and Outlook. ✨

What's new? 🎉
Now
your customers can reschedule and cancel their own appointments directly from WhatsApp
, without calling the front desk or writing to an advisor. We added two new actions to the Appointments component of the FlowBuilder —
Reschedule
and
Cancel
— and, when you have Google Calendar or Outlook connected, those changes are reflected in your calendar on their own. Schedule, reschedule and cancel: the complete appointment cycle, automated on the same channel where you already talk to your customers. 🙌

How does it work? ⚙️
You choose the action by placing the Quotes component in your flow, in the
Type of Action
field. Each action behaves depending on how many future appointments the customer has (filtered by the
group
and
type of event
you configure):
  • 🔁 Reschedule:
Atom sends the customer a WhatsApp Flow to choose professionally, a new date and a new time. If you have several appointments, you first choose which one to reschedule; if you only have one, you reschedule directly. The event retains its same group and type of event.
  • 🗑️ Cancel:
if the customer has only one appointment, it is canceled immediately. If you have several, Atom sends you a selector to choose which one to cancel.
  • 📅 Reflection in your calendar:
if the user has Google Calendar or Outlook connected, rescheduling the event updates and canceling it — without duplicates or manual steps.
If the client doesn't have any future appointments for that group and type of event, the flow continues down the
Error
branch without sending anything. And if the synchronization with the calendar fails, your appointment is rescheduled or canceled just like in Atom: nothing is blocked. 🛡️
