Your external users now connect their appointments on their own 📅
When you create their calendar, they receive an email to synchronize their Google or Outlook in one click - without you having to connect it for them. ✨

What's new? 🎉
Now
every external user for whom you create a calendar automatically receives a welcome email
with the buttons to connect their own Google Calendar or Outlook. From then on, the appointments that are scheduled in Atom appear alone in the personal calendar that you already use on a daily basis. No more relying on an administrator to make the connection by hand: the external user synchronizes himself on his own from the email. 🙌
#
How does it work? ⚙️
Everything starts when creating the external user's calendar and is resolved from their welcome email:
- 📩 Automatic email:as soon as you create the calendar with your email address, the system sends you a welcome email with an access linkvalid for 7 days.
- 🟢 One-click connection:from the email chooseGoogleorOutlook, authorize access to your calendar and be instantly synchronized.
- 🔄 Always up to date appointments:every appointment scheduled in Atom is automatically reflected in your personal calendar.
- 1 ️ ↓ One calendar at a time:each user can haveGoogle or Outlook connected, never bothat the same time.
- 👀 You can see it at a glance:in theCalendariestable, the provider's logo (Google or Outlook) appears next to the synchronized user's email. If there's no logo, you haven't connected your calendar yet — the default status until you authorize.

How to set it up? 🛠️
