I noticed that the API returns certain fields but does not include the last typification in the conversation. It would be beneficial if this variable could be added to the API response to provide more comprehensive data.

When synchronizing a contact list from Hubspot, a document is generated with the list of contacts that for some reason were not synchronized, however this document only indicates “Contact failed or conflicted during linking process”, but it does not specify the reason to be able to correct it

Description: Currently, in some synchronization scenarios between HubSpot and Atom, contacts can show “0 deals” within the HubSpot panel in Atom, even if there are properly associated businesses in HubSpot. After validation with the Product team, it was identified that automatic synchronization primarily prioritizes recent or post-synchronization deals, as part of a performance optimization in contacts with large volumes of associated business. However, this can cause confusion for users, since HubSpot businesses do exist and are correctly linked to the contact, but they are not always visually reflected within Atom. Suggested improvement: Optimize the synchronization of historical deals associated with contacts. Improve the visualization of old businesses within the HubSpot panel in Atom. Evaluate progressive loading/lazy load mechanisms to avoid performance impact without hiding relevant information. Consider a manual synchronization or refresh button to force the load of associated businesses. Impact: Users may interpret the scenario as a synchronization failure or loss of information, raising questions about the reliability of the HubSpot ↔ Atom integration.

Previously, variables were shown as small labels or pills, which made it easier to identify them.

I want to store images in information fields that are integrated with HubSpot. Currently, the platform only allows text to be stored in these fields, which limits my ability to manage image data effectively. It would be beneficial if the platform could support storing images as URLs in these fields, allowing for better integration and data management with HubSpot.

It is important that in this monitoring module, an incoming conversation has the possibility of being identified with colors or with a star, an indicator or label, to identify which is a NEW conversation and set another as “ATTENDED or ASSIGNED”, so that it works as the inbox for emails, and the services provided can be viewed and classified using colors or stars or indicators etc... since the filters that are currently not functional for us. The idea is to improve the user interface in this module so that it obviously looks or works just like an email inbox to follow up on incoming conversations or services.
