It is important that in this monitoring module, an incoming conversation has the possibility of being identified with colors or with a star, an indicator or label, to identify which is a NEW conversation and set another as “ATTENDED or ASSIGNED”, so that it works as the inbox for emails, and the services provided can be viewed and classified using colors or stars or indicators etc... since the filters that are currently not functional for us. The idea is to improve the user interface in this module so that it obviously looks or works just like an email inbox to follow up on incoming conversations or services.
