I want to propose an improvement related to the automatic suggestions generated by AI during conversations in Atom. We consider that it would be of great value to have the possibility of customizing them, so that they better adapt to our needs. For example:

-Include the products we offer.

-Apply voice-over when communicating with customers.

-Integrate our already configured quick answers, so that AI can suggest them according to the context of each conversation.

We believe that this functionality would contribute significantly to improving the user experience and the efficiency of our advisors.
