The objective of this proposal is to implement a notification system that is activated when an agent adds an internal note and reassigns the conversation to another agent. In this way, the agent receiving the reassignment will be able to immediately identify that there is relevant information associated with the case, facilitating continuity and adequate monitoring of management.

If it is not technically feasible to incorporate automatic notification, it is proposed as an alternative to enable a specific filter in the inboxes.

This filter would make it possible to easily identify and view those conversations that have been reassigned with an attached note, ensuring that additional information does not go unnoticed and optimizing the operational efficiency of the equipment.
