Current problem: When a user comments on our Facebook posts, that comment stays only on the public wall and doesn't turn into a conversation within the Atom Inbox. This prevents us from managing, automating and following up on those leads from the platform.

What we need: For each new comment on our Facebook page to automatically generate a conversation in the Atom Inbox, assigned to our AI Smarton (already connected Facebook channel), so that the agent responds immediately, both by private message/Messenger and optionally with a public response to the comment on the wall.

Requested alternative solution: If this functionality is not available in the short term, we request that you provide us with the documentation of the Atom API endpoint to create conversations externally, in order to implement automation using a tool such as n8n as a bridge between Facebook and Atom.
