Add “Channel” filter for dynamic lists
W
Wendy Gonzalez
Customers who operate multiple WhatsApp numbers associated with different business units, brands or countries within the same environment cannot execute recovery or remarketing strategies in a segmented way according to the real origin of the lead.
Currently, the contact list allows filtering by source and information fields; however, it does not ensure that the execution of specific campaigns is for the contacts corresponding to each channel, brand, country or business unit.
Impact
This makes it difficult to execute personalized trading strategies and increases the risk of:
Send campaigns from one business unit to contacts captured by another.
Generate conflicts between commercial teams that operate different brands, countries or lines of business.
Increase operational effort for the segmentation and execution of campaigns.
Limit the adoption of automated recovery strategies.
Example use cases:
- Operate multiple brands from different distributors within the same environment
It requires executing specific recovery campaigns by brand and channel without impacting leads captured by other business units.
- Manage three business units within the same environment.
You need to segment campaigns and recoveries separately for each line of business.
- It operates multiple countries within the same environment.
It requires running campaigns differentiated by country, avoiding mixing contacts or business strategies between markets.
Requirement:
It allows segmenting audiences and executing campaigns considering the source WhatsApp number, so that retrieval and remarketing strategies can be managed independently, scalably and without relying on manual processes.
