Now you decide when your HubSpot contacts are created in Atom
. We added a new synchronization rule that gives you control over when a contact created in HubSpot is replicated in Atom: instantly, or only when the interaction actually begins. You define behavior based on your operation. 🙌
# How does it work? ⚙️ 
Everything is managed from a single option: "Create customers in Atom from HubSpot without conversation"
. Depending on how you leave it, it completely changes the way Atom brings your contacts:
 🔴 Option off (default behavior) :
 contacts created directly in HubSpot not
 automatically travel to Atom. They only arrive when you import them manually or when you send them a template or a webhook. Ideal for keeping your base clean and focused on real conversations.
 🟢 Option turned on: 
 every new contact in HubSpot is automatically replicated to Atom, even if they don't have an active conversation yet. Perfect if you want both platforms to always be mirrored. 🔄
# How to set it up? 🛠️ 
Activating or deactivating it takes seconds, directly from your platform:
Go to Settings > Platform > Integrations > HubSpot
.
Open the HubSpot Contact Properties
 section.
Look for the option "Create customers in Atom from HubSpot without conversation"
.
Turn it on or off depending on how you want to synchronize your contacts. Ready! ✅
