With the Web Traffic integration, Atom automatically captures UTM information when a visitor comes to your website or landing page and clicks the WhatsApp button. So, when that conversation reaches Atom, it's linked to the ad, campaign, and source that originated it—
regardless of what platform you published your guideline on.
What this integration includes
- Compatible with any standard platform: It works with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or any source that uses UTMs in their URLs. You're not limited to a single channel.
- Full traceability from click to chat: Atom generates a unique ID for each click on the WhatsApp button on your site. When the user sends the message, that ID travels with the conversation and Atom automatically associates it with the corresponding advertisement.
- Reports by source, campaign and keyword: From the Web Traffic report in Atom you can see performance broken down by source, campaign, search term and destination URL - including clicks to WA, messages sent and sending rate per click.
- Contact stage funnel: See how many of the contacts generated by your pattern are progressing from Awareness to becoming Customers, all in one place.

Requirement:
