What's new?
From now on, finding and operating your Campaigns and Automation tools is much easier. We reorganized the navigation by grouping each function according to its use, so that you no longer have to search in which section a flow, channel or webhook was left.
• Campaigns
: It now has only two sections: Results and Lists.• We created a new module called
Automations
, which groups everything related to flows and operational tools: Flows (management of Flows and Bots), Cortex Agents, Calls (Voice Agents and Call History), Automated Tasks and Webhooks.• In
Settings
, the “Channels” section is renamed Messaging Channels, and we added Voice Channels for WhatsApp calls.This update is just a
simplification of navigation:
your configuration and the way you work don't change. The tools are elsewhere, but they work exactly the same as before. How to access the new version?
It's now
available
in your account. To see it, update the platform from the notice located at the bottom of your screen, where it is indicated that a new version is available.
